The crucible workouts have been a game changer for me.
I recently turned 50 and for over 10 years I used to go to the gym every day before going to the office. The routine made it easy.
During the last 5 years my constant traveling has made me struggled finding a routine.
That changed with the crucible workouts. I find it very easy to fit the 25-30 minute workout in my crazy days. Not needing weights also helps.
There is no excuse to push yourself with these workouts and become part of a growing community.
